Most of time we take action by animal instinct. It is good and bad, but just the reality is so. We can’t change this. Try to be proactive, we can be to understand the mechanism(I don’t plan to talk it, and I assume you have learned the mechanism), then take action. One of the a little bit better ways I think is to find out the most important things. That’s what I am trying to do now.
Many people recommend this book, and say it has had a deep influence for their attitude for life and work. When I have finished this book, I found it’s really a fantastic life wisdom book and it has changed my thinking paradigm(sometimes XD). The more significant thing for me is it help me try to build a peaceful heart gradually. To be honest, I think it can offer some inspirations that work for almost everyone.
It has a long battle-line for me to read it. I’m not very intent when read it, although I know it’s not bad during the reading process. I heard it from 左耳朵耗子’s interview. I had a little interest about it at that time. But when I finished reading it yesterday morning, I know I would read it twice, three times and more. Because it is really pragmatic and suitable for product beginer.

I spend almost two months intermittently reading this english book that enlightens me from many perspectives. Maybe due to it is an english book I don’t recognize every word, I have to read it carefully, so that I think I have gotten more acknowledge than reading a normal Chinese book. So time really can affect our recognization even if for the same book.
It’s a popular and best selled book that indicates it is not difficult to read for normal people and its acknowledge is maybe easy to understand. Although its logic isn’t very strict(I mean it is a little bit exaggerated for illustrating one building habit method is valid), these methods, points and insights really enlighten me and make me see Habit from a new look. So I’m sure I will recommend this book for my friends and hope it can help more people.
